Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Red Rune Games ships trading card products, sealed items, accessories, and collectibles using secure packaging appropriate for the item type.

Tracking
Tracking will be provided when available. Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times may vary based on the carrier.

We package orders carefully to help protect sealed products, cards, and collectibles during transit.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Red Rune Games is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the package/item so we can review the issue.
