Refund policy

Returns
Because we sell trading card products, sealed collectibles, and gaming inventory, returns are only accepted in limited cases.

Sealed Products
Sealed products must remain sealed and unopened to be eligible for return. Opened booster boxes, packs, starter decks, tins, bundles, or other sealed TCG products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and work toward a replacement, refund, or other resolution when appropriate.

Return Window
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • opened sealed products
  • booster packs
  • trading card singles
  • clearance/final sale items
  • custom or made-to-order deck products
  • damaged items caused after delivery
